Sunday services and Dharma messages are online so that you can still receive the Teachings. These recordings are available on the Temple's:

The bookstore carries a variety of books on Jodo Shin Buddhism, General Buddhism, Japanese American history, crafts and cook books. Also available are Buddhist shrines (obutsudan) and accessories, nenju (Buddhist beads) and Buddhist jewelry.

Hours: Sundays (on days services are held) ~ 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or by appointment.

As a Jodo Shinshu Temple, we are associated with the Buddhist Churches of America (BCA) based in San Francisco, California. The first BCA missionary arrived in California in 1898 under the sponsorship of Nishi Hongwanji, our mother temple in Kyoto, Japan.
