Sunday, May 17th: 10-Mile, Half-Marathon, Marathon, and Marathon Relay
TSDBT is participating the the Colfax Marathon Events again this year, and we want YOU to be a part of it! There are several ways that you can participate in this wonderful community event and fundraiser as a race participant, booth volunteer, and/or donor.

How to participate:
1. Run/Walk the 5k on Saturday, May 16th, with Denver Buddhist Temple as your Charity Partner! Anyone of any age, at any level can participate in this race. Dog and stroller-friendly waves are available when you register.
2. Run one of the longer races on May 17th. The Dharma School and Temple Board are both sponsoring Marathon Relay Teams this year (let us know if you would like to participate on a team!). You can also register for the 10 mile, half marathon, or marathon as an individual, with Denver Buddhist Temple as your Charity Partner. If you participate in both the 5k on Saturday and a Sunday race, those count as two separate registrations toward our participation goal!
Make sure to select the Denver Buddhist Temple as your charity partner when you register to participate in a race. If you participate in the 5k AND one of the Sunday races, we get credit for both registrations individually. (If you forget to select a charity partner when registering, it’s easy to change by logging into your Race Roster.) Register now!
3. Volunteer for a shift to staff the Charity Partner Booth on Saturday and/or Sunday. Volunteers need to be willing to engage with passersby and share information about the Temple and upcoming public events like Denver Cherry Blossom Festival.
4. Raise funds and/or donate to support our walkers and runners. Help us get community sponsorship for participation in this event!
