Things to know:
- If you signed up to volunteer on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your name should be on this list. However, the list is evolving, so please make sure to check back and contact us if you have any questions!
- Your Assignment Group Chair should reach out to you to confirm your volunteer shift date(s) and time(s). Please contact the volunteer coordinators if you are not able to reach them.
- We can always use more volunteers! Show up day-of at the Volunteer Check-In Table at the Auditorium, and we will find you an assignment.
Find Your Name
Check here to find your volunteer group assignment. Volunteers are listed by last name. Chairs are highlighted in green. Please note that this list is a work in progress! Names are still being added to the list and assignments moved around and finalized!
Assignment Details
Check here to find your volunteer group information including the name(s) of your group Chair(s). Contact Volunteer Coordinator, Brandi Tsuchimoto branditsuchimoto@yahoo.com, or Wendy Thompson if you have not heard from your Chair and have questions about your assignment.
- When you arrive, please check in at the Volunteer Check-In Table in the Temple lobby; enter through the gym. There you will receive a name tag and a drink ticket.
- There is a potluck table in the auditorium to support volunteers. Feel free to bring food/snacks to share with our MANY volunteers. We will keep it stocked with coffee, tea, and water.
- If you know other people who would like to volunteer day-of, they may go to the Check-In table at the Auditorium, and we will find them an assignment.
- Food handlers must wear hair restraints (nets, hats, or caps) that effectively keep hair from contacting exposed food, usually requiring all hair to be covered.
- Please bring your own apron if you would like to wear one. (The Temple Bookstore still has a few red Cherry Blossom aprons available for sale: $10 + tax. Email if you would like to purchase one or stop by the Bookstore table in the Gym.)
- Shift times vary per group and day. Your Group Chair will let you know the shift times.
